Erectile dysfunction and Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
The recommended dose is one 5 mg tablet taken once a day at approximately the same time every day. Tablets are for oral use and should be swallowed whole with some water. It can be taken with or without food.
Allergy to tadalafil, use of organic nitrates or amyl nitrite, severe heart disease or recent heart attack/stroke, low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure, loss of vision due to NAION, use of riociguat.
Common side effects include headache, back pain, muscle aches, pain in arms and legs, facial flushing, nasal congestion, and indigestion.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Store in the original package in order to protect from moisture and store below 25°C at room temperature.
